    La Decouverte

FNFL La Découverte ex HMS Windrush.
La Découverte - Formerly HMS Windrush was a River-class frigate built during World War II at Henry Robb's shipyard in Leith, Scotland. Launched in June 1943, the Royal Navy vessel was transferred to the Free French Navy, renamed La Découverte, and took part in the D-Day operations in 1944. She should not be confused with the famous post-war passenger liner HMT Empire Windrush.
